The LEGOandDaft Punk have officially announced a new collaboration that marks the duo's arrival in the world of the Danish brick and brings their fan communities together. Through products, content, and brand experiences, the partnership celebrates the creativity and communities that have shaped their respective legacies.
To unveil this encounter, the two brands are presenting a film in which the duo's minifigures follow a holographic red brick through a dark and mysterious landscape. As they move forward, the architecture unfolds around them to the rhythm of the music, brick by brick, until it reveals the duo at the controls of a LEGO mixing desk. To accompany the film, the two brands drew from the group's catalog for two iconic tracks, "Voyager" from Discovery and "Human After All," which set the pace for their transformation into builders. Fans were given a hint the day before with a teaser broadcast on the duo's fictional radio station featuring a simple 2x4 brick.

The first major milestone of this collaboration is a set scheduled for release in 2027, inspired by the iconic pyramid stage from the 2007 Alive tour. Its origin is heartwarming: born from a passion project by a father and his son from Luxembourg during lockdown, it won the Grand Prize in the LEGO Ideas "Music to Our Ears" challenge in 2020 before reaching the 10,000 votes required on the platform. "A simple idea, shared by fans, can truly become something much bigger," says its creator, Patrick Harboun.
"What makes this collaboration so special is the ability of both brands to span generations," notes Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at the LEGO Group. A sentiment shared by Cédric Hervet, creative director for Daft Punk, for whom it was "natural that this creation imagined by a fan should take center stage".
By bringing together two worlds driven by creativity and the loyalty of their communities, the brand is opening a new chapter, with more to come in 2027.
