The North Face celebrates the legacy of its iconic Nuptse jacket with the launch of two new models, designed to meet the demands of modern exploration, from the mountains to the city: the Summit Nuptse and the Pertex Reversible Nuptse.

Developed using feedback from the brand's athletes and tested in extreme conditions, the Summit Nuptse is designed to be the lightest and warmest Nuptse ever created. True to the brand's expedition roots, it retains the model's signature color-blocking while incorporating innovations suited for mountaineering, including the range's first insulated hood. Made from recycled nylon and an ultralight ripstop fabric reinforced with Spectra fibers, it combines its CLOUD DOWN construction with 800-fill ProDown that maintains its loft in wet conditions, ensuring warmth and packability.
Meanwhile, the Pertex Reversible Nuptse focuses on versatility. Its reversible design offers two distinct styles: one side with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, and the other echoing the original model with its oversized quilted baffles. Crafted from wind-resistant and water-repellent Pertex Quantum fabric, it optimizes the thermal efficiency of its 700-fill recycled down insulation and features zippered pockets, articulated sleeves, and fold-over elastic cuffs.

"When the Nuptse jacket was first launched in 1992, its innovative construction and reliable protection quickly made it a staple for expeditions, before it became a true icon in both the performance and lifestyle worlds," says Chris Goble, Global Brand President at The North Face..
The collection is available at thenorthface.com and at select retail locations.
