OTW by Vans is partnering with Bad Idea by CHITO to present the Half Cab 33, featuring an original design by artist Wreckpack. Founded by CHITO, Bad Idea is a platform that places collaboration at the heart of its approach, offering artists a space to express themselves, gain exposure, and see their work celebrated.

Rooted in the idea that creativity is inherently collective, Bad Idea integrates artists into its world and supports the development of their work. For this first collaboration with OTW by Vans, CHITO highlights two talents: Seoul-based Wreckpack, through a design on the shoe, and Los Angeles-based Liter, through a clothing line, collaborating with each on the entire creative process.

Wreckpack applies his distinctive airbrush style to the iconic mid-top silhouette of the Half Cab 33, offering a bold reinterpretation of the classic model. Premium materials enhance its durability and comfort, complemented by a padded collar and a Sola Foam ADC insole for soft, long-lasting cushioning. The shoe is accompanied by a t-shirt and sweatshirt designed by Liter, who translates his graphic visual language through triangular appliqués and hand-stitched X details.

TheOTW by Vans x Bad Idea by CHITO will be available starting October 29 at vans.com/otw.
