For over 50 years, Rip Curl has made innovation its hallmark. The Australian brand, a benchmark in surf culture, is now unveiling Elasto, its most advanced wetsuit to date. Its goal: to offer such freedom of movement, lightness, and comfort that you’ll almost forget you’re wearing it.

Designed to move with you without restriction, Elasto combines the Elastomaxouter jersey, Infinity Foam , and the E-Dry inner lining for exceptional stretch. In the upper body, the one-piece Boomerang Panel eliminates seams to free up the shoulders and arms, while ergonomic panels, pre-shaped sleeves and legs, and Ultimate Tape reinforcements ensure fluidity, durability, and protection against water entry.

The wetsuit also tackles a common surfer frustration: putting on a damp suit. Its E-Dry lining actively wicks water from the inner surface, becoming dry to the touch in under 30 minutes under normal conditions. Lighter than any wetsuit the brand has ever created, Elasto also reduces weight and water retention thanks to its Infinity Foam. "I've worn Rip Curl wetsuits for decades and I can honestly say that Elasto is the best one I've ever worn," says three-time world champion Mick Fanning.

Performance is matched by a focus on materials, featuring OCENA foam containing 74% bio-based ingredients, including natural rubber from FSC-certified plantations, oyster shell powder, and vegetable oils. Available for men, women, and children, the range covers a wide variety of conditions, from springsuits to 3/2mm and 4/3mm full suits, up to 5/4mm hooded models, all complemented by matching accessories.

The collection is available in select stores Rip Curl, at specialist retailers and on ripcurl.com, starting at 349.99 euros.
