Vans launches the LX Era 95 City Series, a new capsule collection honoring four of Europe's most influential cultural hubs: London, Berlin, Milan, and Paris. Each of these cities is home to a creative community that has long been part of Vans' history, united by the same thirst for expression and individuality.
The collection reimagines the LX Era 95 in four colorways inspired by each city: Paris Darkest Plum, Milan Oil Green, London Dark Mirage Brown and Berlin Asphalt. Each pair features illustrated motifs unique to its city, adding a personal and raw dimension to the design. The upper features Vans' signature checkerboard pattern, finished with an intense enzyme wash for a lived-in look.
The graphics pay tribute to the early skate communities who customized their Vans by drawing directly on them, hand-recreating the iconic checkerboard on the soles. The City Series celebrates this DIY spirit, connecting Vans' heritage to the communities that shape the brand today.
