Damson Madder reaches a new milestone. The London brand, which has achieved cult status in just a few years, is teaming up with Clarks Originals to launch its very first foray into the world of footwear. A two-piece capsule collection, both inspired by signature Clarks silhouettes and reinterpreted through the Damson lens.
The first style reimagines the classic Wallabee in a vibrant red, featuring its natural crepe rubber sole, custom hiking-inspired lacing and eyelets, and decorative red stitching on the vamp. The heel is adorned with the "Damson Girl", a brand character inspired by the "Trekman" motif created by Clarks in the 1970s. The second is a Mary Jane-style mule, inspired by the Clarks Nomad model, featuring an open back in a "chocolate plum"colorway, updated with custom double straps and silver buckles featuring the letters "D" and "M". Both pairs share a polka-dot printed insole with the Damson Madder logo and interchangeable charms for a personalized touch.

The collaboration was born from a shared sensibility. "We often used classic Clarks Wallabees to style our collections, so we felt there was a natural affinity between the Damson Girl and the Clarks customer," explains Fontaine Anderson, Creative Director of Damson Madder, who drew inspiration from the shoemaker's 200-year-old archives. For Clarks, Matteo Bellentani praises a brand "that understands context and history while bringing just the right amount of fresh perspective to make a classic their own."
The Damson Madder x Clarks Originalscollaboration, featuring the Nomad Damson mules and the Wallabee Walla Damson, will be released on September 17, 2026, at the respective prices of €200 and €190.
