From September 19th to 27th, Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse once again become the epicenter of European board culture. The Quiksilver Festival by Swatch confirms its status as a must-attend event with a fourth edition that takes its artistic and musical offerings to the next level.
For this edition, the artistic direction has been entrusted to SO ME, the iconic illustrator forEd Banger Records. The visual identity, graphic universe, and merchandise collection all bear his colorful and free-spirited signature, directly inspired by his work with Pedro Winter’s label. Ed Banger is also curating the entire musical program, featuring an eclectic lineup that includes Green Star, Alexsucks, Tatyana Jane, Myd, and other artists to be discovered throughout the week.

On the sports side, the lineup lives up to the festival's reputation. Kelly Slater, Kauli Vaast, Jérémy Florès, Marco Mignot and Coco Ho represent world-class surfing, while the skate scene brings together Sky Brown, Gustavo Ribeiro and Matthias Dandois, notably for the Cash for Trick event hosted by Vincent Milou in Hossegor.
The event goes beyond just a celebration, with sessions organized alongside Handisurf and Kind Surf, allowing professional surfers to share their passion with people living with disabilities. Decarbonization efforts at the sites are also continuing with the support of Enedis.
One final detail that turns the journey into an experience: a custom OUIGO train will depart from Paris on September 18th bound for the Landes region, making the trip itself a festival preview.
