SAN SAN GEAR expands its reach with the launch of TOJI, a new activewear brand dedicated to running, designed for the Korean environment where urban life and nature coexist daily.

The name says it all. TOJI combines two Chinese characters: To (土), meaning earth, and Ji (誌), meaning trace or record. A combination that gives rise to the philosophy "Records on the Ground", the belief that every movement leaves an imprint and that the journey matters as much as the result. The debut collection is titled "Radix," from the Latin for root, symbolizing the act of taking root for the first time.

The aesthetic is based on a simple principle: all black, with no superfluous details. Black as the convergence of all colors and the origin of all things, applied to a range of ten pieces—windbreakers, t-shirts, shorts, and tights, plus one accessory. Each piece is designed to transition seamlessly from a morning run to daily urban life, with functionality suited for everything from light jogging to mid-distance runs.

To establish the brand's credibility from the start, Kim Gi-eun, founder of the running store wherever, was involved in development from the early stages, anchoring TOJI in the reality of concrete practice rather than just an aesthetic stance.

The Spring/Summer 2026 collection is available at the SAN SAN GEAR flagship store and online.
